Deep-Tech Lab (DTL) is a non-profit tech accelerator from Hong Kong turning breakthrough innovations into globally scalable businesses.
Our 5-month program has founders working alongside successful industry operators to push decisions, test assumptions, and deliver measurable results—fast.

Chen FONG
Founding Member
Prof. Chen Fong is currently the Professor Emeritus of the Faculty of Medicine, University of Calgary. He is also the Co-Chair of the Global Strategy Board of the Creative Destruction Lab; a platform for mentoring of young entrepreneurs.

Prof. Kevin Au is the Director of CUHK Centre for Entrepreneurship. He also serves as a director for the Hong Kong Business Angel Network Ltd.(HKBAN), Family Firm Institute (US), and International Study of Entrepreneurship Education Outcomes (ISSEO).

Peter is a Hong Kong based investor and founder / Chairman of Gallant Investment Partners. Over more than 15 years, Peter has grown Gallant’s investments from simple beginnings to an impressive international portfolio of private equity, venture capital and real estate opportunities.

Founding Member
Francis is the co-founder and CEO of Nexodata. He has over 20 years of experience in driving business growth in the areas of innovation development, strategic programs and digital projects for the technology and industrial sectors leading teams in the APAC, EMEA and US.
Alex FONG
Founding & Board Member
Prof. Fong is a scholar-practitioner. As an entrepreneur, he is a Director of GRE Manufacturing Limited and GRE Alpha Electronics Limited. As an intrapreneur, he was the former CEO of the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce and the former Directorate Officer of the Hong Kong government.

Dr. Tam is the President (CEO) of Reanda Consulting (Hong Kong) Ltd; Co-Founder of LifeHealth Group and LifeClinic. Dr. Tam’s extensive experience and accomplishments across different sectors, particularly in healthcare management and corporate consulting, underline his expertise in leading companies.
